CIW
Foundation v5
The first step
toward CIW certification, is the CIW Foundation v5. This covers the
basic hands-on skills, and knowledge that an Internet professional
is expected to understand and use. After successful completion of
the Foundation v5 exam, candidates are awarded 'CIW Associate' status,
and can then continue on the CIW certification track by doing our
CIW Site Designer and CIW E-commerce Designer
course. You can also take the CIW Foundation v5 as part of our Master
CIW Designer course.
CIW Foundations
exams are taught through an online CBT (Computer Based Tutorial).
CBT is designed by the international CIW Certified Training provider
NETG.
The course begins with an introduction and tour of the software, and
exam simulations with your trainer. Trainers will be available in
the classrooms if you need assistance.
After passing the Foundations Exam:1D0-510 exam candidates will be
awarded with the CIW Associate designation. The exam is administered
by Prometric and VUE testing centres.
