QuarkXpress
QuarkXpress
is recoginsed as being the industry standard for desktop publishing.
It is used in the production of newspapers, books, brochures and other
printed media for page layout, where text can then be easily combined
with artwork and photographs.
QuarkXpress is frequently used in conjunction with other Desktop Publishing
programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, so you may want
to consider taking the course as part of a package. Please go to DTP
and Graphics for more information.
Our QuarkXpress
course covers 30 hours and begins with an introduction and tour of
the application with your trainer. You will then be introduced to
the QuarkXpress training manual containing instructions, examples
and desktop publishing files to modify and create. Trainers will be
available in the classrooms at all times if you need assistance. After
completing the course, you can then begin to build a portfolio of
your work.
