  4. Can I pay my fees in installments?

  5. Do I have to make an appointment to see one of your course advisers?
No. Just drop into the school during our opening hours to see a course adviser. They will be available to answer any questions you may have, and show you around the college.

  6. What are the study modes?
We have four types of study modes: Flexible, Intensive, Full Time and Scheduled.

Flexible: All you need to do is arrange a start date, arrive at the beginning of one of the flexible session times below, and study for a minimum of 2 hours. Each flexible course is calculated in hours, which you can take when you want, Monday to Friday; we give you up to 2 years to complete your course.

Intensive: This study mode is ideal for individuals who need to get up to speed with leading software and technology quickly. You attend sessions of 6 hours every day, Monday to Friday, until you use up your course hours.

Full Time: Our Full Time courses have fixed start and finish dates, with a holiday allowance of 2 weeks for every 3 months. A qualified tutor will introduce you to your course and discuss how you can best achieve your learning goals with the time you have. Full time sessions run for 3 hours a day, from Monday to Friday.

Scheduled: All scheduled courses are led by a tutor in small groups of no more than 10 students. Your training is a combination of lectures, supervised lab sessions and topic discussions with your tutor. Our scheduled courses run on regular fixed dates throughout the year, with an option of session times: Daytime, Evening or Saturday. Please contact our enrolment office for more details.

  7. Do I have to book my session times in advance?
No. We have lots of computers at the college and you will always have a place, as long as you turn up at the beginning of your session.
